| 0 - 15 min | Party starts, guests begin to arrive, Coach sets up |
| 15 - 30 min | Coach places tunnels, bean bag toss, and ring toss as guests arrive, then corrals participants for group play |
| 30 -90 min | Coach entertains guests with any of the following sports and equipment :: Baseball, Basketball, Beach Balls, Football, Frisbees, Golf, Hockey, Hula Hoops, Parachute, Soccer, Tennis, Track and Field, and Volleyball |
| 90 - 120 min | Coach cleans up equipment while attention is directed toward cake and presents |
